2. How could I purchase?

2.1 Please just send us your enquiry if any products of your interest with logo design. Quotation will be offered within 24 hours.

2.2 Artwork layout will be arranged for approval once receipt of your official order after quotation is confirmed. Price and cost will be changed accordingly if any change requested. Samples will be made according to approved artwork.

2.3 Mass production will be processed once samples are approved.

2.4 Delivery will be arranged once payment is arranged.

3. How could I trust your quality?

Physical samples will be offered for evaluation before mass production.

Mass order will be the same as confirmed samples. If there is any different, we’ll give you 100% compensation.

4. What if I receive inferior products?

Any complaint regard to the quality or quantity will be treated urgently once receipt of your writing within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We’ll give you 100% compensation if all clues are confirmed. Another solution is that money will be refunded or deducted from our next order.

But we shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted in the delivery note at the time of delivery.

We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising or any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

5. How about delivery?

Generally speaking, 5 days for sampling and 15-20 days for mass production are required. Pantone matched products will take more days. Delivery will be confirmed back for each order. Every effort will be made to deliver on time, at the moment we didn’t miss our delivery.

We could deliver the goods to your appointed factory or dispatched by our forwarder with DHL/UPS ect.

Any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the dates of such delivery.

6. How about payment terms?

Deposit of 30% before any order is processed and 70% balance before shipment is required unless credit facilities have been approved with us in advance of the order. Payment on pre-approved credit accounts shall be made in full within 30 days of invoice. These terms apply unless special settlement terms have been agreed by us in writing. Credit facilities may be withdrawn without notice.

7. Could I change or cancel order?

Any change in quantity of an order must be made in writing to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increase in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order.

A charge will be made on all cancelled orders if material are processed, which together with the charge for all work carried out up to the date of written cancellation.

8. Could I get free samples?

Yes, we would furnish samples for free for stock samples. Freight cost for these samples will be borne by customer.
